What is Pre-Registration?
Pre-Registration provides you with priority costume selection within the section of your choice BEFORE the official launch of the theme and costumes for Carnival 2026. You're a Loyal Hysteric and know that you're on DE ROAD no matter what.
Pre-registration also provides you with the opportunity to win carnival surprises!
What will be required for pre-registration?
For pre-registration fee is XCD$350.00 / USD$130.00. The pre-registration fee will be utilized as part of your registration deposit.
When is Pre-Registration?
Pre-Registration opens Sunday June 8, 2025 at 4:00PM. Pre-Registration closes on Thursday August 28, 2025 11:55PM.
Am I guaranteed my first choice in costume options once I pre-register?
Masqueraders MUST fully register and pay the remainder of registration deposit within the designated timeframe.

Can I get a refund for pre-registration?
ALL deposits are non refundable. As such, all Hysterics register with the agreement that the deposit is non refundable.
Can I transfer my deposit to my friend/relative/colleague?
All deposits are non-transferrable; all Hysterics register with the agreement that the deposit is non-transferrable. Your friend/relative/colleague should sign up from the link on our website to ensure their spot for Carnival 2026.

When and where is the launch of the costumes?
The virtual launch for DÉJÀ VU is Saturday August 30, 2025, and will be on all Hysteria Mas social platforms.

When does registration begin?
Registration will begin on Friday September 12, 2025. Online and In-Person at our base camp at J. Astaphans & Co. Ltd., Upstairs at Clothing Department Store, on King George V Street, Roseau.
What will be required for registration?
General Information: Full Name, Date of Birth, Email Address (one unique address per ‘Hysteric’), &
Phone number.
Ladies: Bra size (Wire Bra sizes "A" Cup to "C" Cup), Bottom style/option & Bottom size
Gentlemen: Pants size, Vest size (if applicable)
What is the cost of registration?
Registration deposit is XCD$600 / USD$220. Always register via the Hysteria Mas website or via a Hysteria Mas team member at the base camp to ensure registration is valid. Hysteria Mas does not authorize any third-party registration.
Can I order upgraded/extra items with my costume?
Costumes may come with options for ultra backpack upgrade, frontline backpack upgrade, and other embellishments at an additional cost. These options will be detailed on the registration page and in the section photo galleries, along with the cost associated with the additional items.
Can hysterics change their choice of costume/section after registration?
Changes CANNOT be accommodated after registration is completed - We encourage you to be as accurate as you can. After registration, it is NOT possible to make ANY size/section changes or amendments to the registration information as we begin production ordering and prepping immediately after registration.
Can I switch pieces (hand, head, arm, leg, etc.) between different package options for a section?
The bodywear options are a complete set and the individual pieces that make them up cannot be interchanged.
What are the payment options? When and where can I make payments?
Hysteria Mas accepts Cash and NBD MoBanking in-person at the base camp, and Credit/Debit Cards online
via the registration website. Cheques are NOT an accepted for payment under any circumstance. Base
Camp opening hours will be posted on all social media pages weekly; online payments can be made 24/7.
Can I make additional payments on my costume package after my deposit?
Definitely you can! It can be done online or via the Hysteria Base Camp. Payments can be made in full or installments of XCD$271 / USD$100. Check out our recommended payment plan here.
When is the deadline for final payments?
Final deadline for full costume payment is Saturday January 17, 2026. Please note that your down payment deposit MUST be paid upon registration. If your registration deposit is not paid, your order will be considered incomplete and immediately cancelled.
When will I be able to view and select my TK MEGAMonday package?
Hysteria Mas is proud to partner with Triple Kay International band every year since MEGAMonday inception, this carnival season we've made it easier. With TK International MEGAMonday Launch Hysterics will be notified via email on making their selection.

Can my Husband/Wife/Child/Other family members jump in the band?
Hysteria Mas ONLY allows paying masqueraders to jump in the band. Non-masqueraders may observe from the sidelines outside the band, however, they will NOT be allowed to participate.
Can I get a refund for my costume deposit?
ALL deposits are non refundable and non transferrable. As such, all masqueraders register with the agreement that the deposit CANNOT be refunded or transferred.
Can I sell my costume?
Hysteria Mas does not facilitate costume re-sales and is not liable for any costume being sold by one masquerader to another. Masqueraders understand that selling their costume is their responsibility. To avoid any inconveniences you are advised to notify Hysteria Mas via email hysteriamas@gmail.com, that you have sold your costume indicating the name of the purchaser. Futhermore, you must add the purchaser as an authorized collector on your account to allow them to pick up the costume. Hysteria Mas reserves the right to request a form of identification at any point of the costume payment, distribution and collection process.
I have purchased a costume from another Hysteric, how do I collect the costume?
The original costume owner must inform us that you have purchased the costume via email to hysteriamas@gmail.com from the email address listed on their account. The original costume holder must also list you as an authorized collector to be able to collect the costume.
I was unable to register for the specific section, can I be placed on a waitlist?
Unfortunately, Hysteria Mas does not offer a waitlist option, however, costumes may be purchased from Hysterics who are no longer able to play mas. We suggest visiting our Facebook page for updates / posts on costumes that may have become available.
I’m no longer participating in Carnival 2025, what should I do?
All masqueraders note that ALL deposits are non refundable and non transferrable. If you have paid in full, you can sell your costume or Hysteria may assist you in selling your costume. You must provide the information of the purchaser of the costume once sold.

Where and when can I collect my costume?
The costume distribution location and schedule will be emailed to all Hysterics, posted on our website
and all social media. Please note that specific sections will have different pick up dates / times.
