By registering and collecting your costume package you hereby waive Hysteria Mas, its directors, staff and agents from any and all responsibility or liability, and agree to accept any and all risks of personal injury, including food allergies, and property damage.

You irrevocably grant to Hysteria Mas, its partners, including the photographer and the videographer, and its sponsors the right to use your image in all forms and media for all promotional purposes, including advertising or any commercial.  You further waive the right to any talent fee or claim to fame for use of your image or likeness by Hysteria Mas and of its sponsors or partners used for publication.
